About Me
Hi, I'm Anna Lein (née Anna Chernegova) - entrepreneur, business strategist, and digital marketing consultant based in New York City.
I specialize in business growth, personal branding, and building digital systems that help entrepreneurs scale fast and smart - without burning out. I work with founders who want clarity, structure, and bold positioning in a noisy market.
I was born on April 16, 1997, in Angarsk, Russia, and graduated in 2019 from the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in technical design and systems thinking - something I now use in building strong business foundations.
My Entrepreneurial Journey
I launched my first business in my early 20s - a product-based brand called Your Plan A, where I designed and sold unique planners for men and women. It quickly grew to wholesale volumes across Russia. I sold this business when I moved to the U.S. in 2020.
Soon after, I co-founded Cosmic Eye - a creative studio that turned iris photography into art. We started with just an idea, and within a few years, we had:
- Three physical studios in NYC, Los Angeles, and San Francisco
- A full-fledged international online business, shipping custom visual products worldwide
- A client base of over 40,000 people across the globe, including celebrities like Paris Hilton
- A viral TikTok presence with 118K+ followers, all grown organically
Press features in top creative and business media, including: Artists & Fleas, Adaptalux, Prints4Sure, and VoyageLA.
I personally oversaw brand identity, product development, marketing, customer experience, and high-level collaborations. I also developed the online transition strategy - creating a global system where customers could take their own iris photos at home and receive premium products.
Beyond Business
Alongside my business growth, I created a women's community in Los Angeles, where I hosted connection-based events like candle-pouring, art nights, Zumba sessions, and vision board workshops. I believe in the power of creative energy - and I bring that into everything I do.
What I Do Now
In 2025, I launched my own consulting practice - Anna Lein Consulting - where I work with early-stage and active entrepreneurs who want to grow their business boldly, but with clarity and structure.
